ADDITIONAL SERVICES FOR ASSISTED LIVING CONTINUED

Additional services are available as residents needs change. They are assessed based on a point system, in which, cost is determined by the amount of staff time utilized to provide those services. The initial assessment is completed prior to resident arrival. This is attained with the assistance of the resident, their family or designated representative, their physician, and the assisted living administrator or designee. Reassessments are done at least on a quarterly basis, or more frequently if residents needs indicate, to ensure that the changing needs of the resident are met.

In-house Therapies and Hospice services may be provided by outside support service agencies and are coordinated by our staff.

We recognize the benefits of pet therapy and at Churchill we have house pets to encourage resident interaction and social stimulation.
